Scottish Women's Premier League

SWF Statement – Rangers v Partick Thistle

September 1st 2021

Scottish Women’s Football (SWF) has been advised by the Perform and Win Committee that the Scottish Women’s Premier League (SWPL) 1 match between Rangers and Partick Thistle has been postponed.

Partick Thistle informed the Perform and Win Committee that three members of their first team squad have tested positive for COVID-19 while a further five members are self-isolating.

The LMC noted that the impact leaves Partick Thistle without 13 fit and available players for Sunday’s match and that it should be postponed. The match will now be played on Wednesday 6th October.
